Every teacher is welcoming and I love that each teacher has their own style. I like that there are static and flow classes to pick from, depending on what my body needs that day. The studio itself is gorgeous. And I am so glad Sweat designates the hot room as a quiet space to allow people to get in the zone before class. I've been going to Sweat for almost a year and my heat tolerance has gone up so much! Very happy to have found a yoga family in ABQ 💗
