Such an amazing workout! Challenging but fun and I always feel like a badass when I leave. I absolutely love that the board displays the workout so that you can guide your way through it. I love the support during the workout and I feel comfortable with asking if I'm doing something wrong with my form. LOVE Sweat St Pete and I will be back :)
