• All the instructors here are awesome, know exactly what they are doing and are welcoming. The classes are tough but fun and I always feel like I got the best workout I could have out of each one! I quit my classpass membership just to come here!!

• My daughter and I take private lessons from Paul 2x a week. His energy is great and his plan for both of us is showing great results. So pleased we were recommended to him! Smaller friendly gym with that family vibe. Clients are always smiling when I walk in and they are leaving their group classes.
