Today I felt dizzy immediately once I stood up after my sauna session. I thought I was going to faint and injure myself. I wasn't able to fully dress myself or anything. I could hear people in the lobby area and I was really wanting to pull it together in case they were scheduled after me, but I couldn't. I could only think to use my phone to call Heather at the front. Once I did, she came in and nursed me back to "normal". We concluded that I was dehydrated from my workout then the sauna and not drinking enough water in between. I'm so thankful for her patience and understanding!!
