I always feel so welcomed by Heather and her lovely staff. This is a place where you feel like you have your own private space, especially in the sauna rooms...very quaint and quiet...perfect for relaxation and meditation. Also, this place is always kept super clean! And this was before COVID. A truly special place for health and wellness (love the Kombucha!) I love coming here!
