Wonderful customer service. I wasn't at all nervous about doing the cryo thing, however, once I got in there and the smoke came out, there was a second or two of anxiety that came. The woman in the room with me was so wonderful and kind and informative and I was instantly at ease again :). Take care and stay safe and healthy!
