I LOVE the Sweat Cycle! I only go to Amy Carlos' classes because, in my opinion, she is the best trainer there! And I love that you have the early morning classes available for those of us that need to get to work earlier in the day. The facilities are very nice and clean and I am so happy to be a part of the sweat team!
