Customer service is amazing and the instructors are great.

I actually brought my friend today! She loved the experience for these reasons:
Front desk was super helpful - she needed spin shoes. They also knew she was new and had hilighted her in schedule. Took the time and walked her up to show her where water, lockers bathrooms and studio was. Introduced her to instructor and he personally set up her bike and educated her on how the class was going to go. He introduced her at beginning of class and congratulated her at end and everyone clapped and cheered both times. Was a fun ride.
