The classes are always challenging and fun, and the heat makes or breaks you. The instructors are some of the best in LA, I kid you not. The staff goes above and beyond to you make you feel welcome and comfortable. They have top notch spin bikes to ride. But none of that compares to the owner. Mimi runs the best, cleanest, the nicest spin studio in all of LA. Though, I want them to be successful (because they deserve it), I hesitate to talk about it because then I will never be able to get a bike there.
