I was impressed with the instructor, her choice of music, her ability to push us while letting us control our pace and also the dark environment made me feel comfortable to work out with unknown people as well.

First time cycling and I was nervous. As soon as I walked through the door the staff started getting me ready and attached to bike answering all questions before I could even ask. The instructor was great. Played great music. It was an awesome workout!
