Sher was very sweet and so was the other gal there. I liked the intimate setting and the mimosa was a cherry on top. My hair feels and looks great. Thank you! Oh and she was really gentle with my hair. Bonus points there.

I have been coming to swank for years. You always ha e great stylists. Julio was fantastic - but this is the problem - the location is awful. There are homeless people outside the window and it's just not a place that you feel safe. Also, the blonde heavyset woman although super super nice - she smokes. Last thing you want is to have a smoker in your face blow drying your hair. Chardonnay was on the phone the whole time I was there talking to someone about her possible acting career took her phone off the music and then told Julio to connect. She was nice too but I didn't need to hear about how she had been screwed over before. I'm being honest Bc I care. Vanessa Mc
