  • I loved working with Paul, He was patient, funny, and paid attention to detail I do plan on coming back to get my roots done next month. I didn't give a 10 - because of two reasons. 1- on my reservation, I put I would be interested in a Blow Out - and that was never discussed, maybe nobody read the comments on the bookings? And there was no time for there was an apt right after me. 2- I'm in the BIZ - I held a $60 spot on my card for the session and was told the %25 would be taken on the day, the charge was only to hold the spot. When I was in the salon, while I was in the shampoo bowl and couldn't hear with the water etc. I was informed the Manager was leaving early and Asked If I could close out early. I said yes of course. Being in the biz I totally understand that. NO PROB - I will tip personally charge my card now. To my confusion, My card was charged $60, Which was the original price of the service, and without an in the biz discount. Again in the biz, I get it, I understand the hustle and bustle, I don't mind being rushed. But I didn't get my discount and I wish someone read my comments when I booked online, maybe it would be best to book on the phone? I am very happy with my service and will be back. which Im not upset about .... Ive never had one and if its like chocolate maybe its best I dont try. MY MAIN irritatant
