Though I normally do not review for businesses, I wanted to take time to share the extraordinarily positive experience I had as a first time customer at Swank. I was visiting Ft. Lauderdale on business and found out at the very last minute that I needed to be prepared for a photo shoot at 9:00 am. At 7:00 am the same morning, I rang the salon and that is when my “guardian angel” experience began. They told me to come right over. Aware that I was also limited for time, both Ashli and Liz did their magic. Not only did I look like a new woman - camera ready and confident - I felt like I had a professional hair and make up artists on my team - even though I had just met them. I am attorney and a business owner from Washington, DC - and these ladies had no motivation - other than being outstanding and committed to what they do - for me giving 110% of their energy and talent. Not only do they have a customer every time I come to Ft. Lauderdale - they have redefined the standard of what outstanding customer care looks like. Huge thanks and appreciation Ashli and Liz!

I love going to SWANK blow bar! I have used them a few times and each time I have had different ladies! They are all fantastic! I am not a super girly girl but I love having my hair done, and I hate going to other blow bars where I feel like I have to wear pink just to fit in... At SWANK, I'm comfortable and relaxed! I called and made my appointment for the same day, and was done in less then 20 mins! My hair looked great and I still had time to get stuff done on my lunch break! I highly recommend them!!
