• I would love to have someone offer a glass of wine or water at the beginning versus show you the lockers then your by yourself until your ready to go in. I miss going and relaxing 15-20 minutes before to wind down from work.

• Everyone was friendly, professional, helpful, and put me at ease although I've never had a facial before and have only been to a spa once. My massage was wonderful, and my manicure and pedicure fabulous as well. You have an incredible staff and a truly relaxing, freeing atmosphere.
