• I loved the facial with Tara. The deduction was for reception. When I came in as a new client), there was no introduction, and the receptionist just told me to "go around the corner and down the hall" but didn't tell me to where, so I found myself walking into an open room next to a lounge. I didn't know if I was supposed to go into the room or just the lounge so I went to go back and ask but wound up taking a wrong turn into another area, then eventually found the exit door, went out again to ask what I was supposed to do.
