• My massage therapist was very knowledgeable on various areas on my back, hips, and neck that were causing me pain. She made me feel super comfortable and relaxed. I don't get to come to the spa often but when I do go the facilities are always clean, the staff super friendly and helpful, and I don't feel rushed to get out of the room if I need extra time putting my robe on. I would suggest upgrading to Bluetooth speakers in the treatment room as the CD player in my room went out and it made the therapist have to stop to try and get the soothing music playing again. If the facility had Bluetooth speakers in the rooms or a playlist designed to each room it would help mitigate that problem. Otherwise everything was perfect, I can't wait to come back.
