• While I was waiting for my session in the "waiting room" which was a nice area) however I could hear 2 people conversing & laughing loudly enough that I could hear their conversation even though they were behind a door which was very distracting. A spa salon's waiting room is where a client should feel relaxed before their session. So that's why I gave a 9 -- Everything else my therapist / session was a 10 - really great!
