• Fantastic instructors and a really friendly atmosphere. The instructors go the extra to ensure that postures are correct and that the mind/breath is correctly aligned to 'get' yoga, rather than just doing the poses.

• I first joined HYW about 6 years ago and after trying out various studios I returned in December 2019. I love the energy that Raj brings to his classes, I've been practising Vinyasa and love the flow , music and how relaxed I feel during and after . I'd recommend to anyone who wants to try hot yoga
