• The services and mani/pedis are still excellent, but the vibe has shifted. Previously, there was a great team spirit, with everyone helping out and making you feel special. Now, the technicians often disappear after finishing, and that warm, family-like atmosphere is mostly gone. The front desk and one technician, Nerida, are still friendly, but I'm thinking of trying other locations to compare.
