• Reception and manicurist were great. I was meeting a friend, and I accidentally made my appointment for 4/30 instead of 4/29, and there was no availability. So I left. Then, while my friend was there, there was a cancelation, and the front desk staff suggested that my friend reach out to me. So I returned and got my perfect gel manicure. I just thought that was such a kind thing to do that he didn't have to. Also, the manicurist respected my wishes not to cut my cuticles. It's the small things. A+ all around.
