• The technician was fantastic!. one note - we didn't get offered tea or water by the front of house at this location whereas that's usually part of the program at the soho and east village locations

• Michael, at the reception desk, was so polite and attentive to every guest. The nail techs clearly adore him, as well. The lovely woman who did my gel mani thanked him in Chinese and he replied you're welcome in Chinese. She was so surprised and happy that he did that! It was adorable! It's little things like that that make people return. Thanks so much!

• Although this salon is more expensive than my neighborhood places, I trust that it's gentler on my brittle nails, and also somehow it lasts longer, looks better and the staff in all of its outlets is very nice.
