• Lovely atmosphere -- QUIET. I hate loud nail salons with annoying music and loud talking. This feels more like a spa. The women working here are lovely. They are also skilled. This is my favorite nail salon in the city.

• The customer service is perfect, the ladies are very nice. I love the space and ambiance and how I'm offered tea and water. The space is very relaxing, feels like I'm at a spa.
