• I wasn't super pleased with the work she did. Normally, they apply a base coat, then 2 coats of the actual polish, and then the top coat, but she only did 1 coat of the polish and 1 top coat. I didn't say anything, but I wasn't 100% sure (I'm new to getting polish). Also, some of my cuticles weren't very neatly done.

• Daniela did a great job on my nails, and we had a lovely conversation. I will definitely be requesting her again. The only unpleasant thing was the very loud group of women who were also in there at the same time. I've always enjoyed Sundays' calm and peaceful atmosphere, so having them laughing and talking loudly and drinking their champagne as though the entire room was their private room (even though there were clearly other women receiving services at the same time) was really disruptive and annoying. Made it hard to relax into having my manicure. If there's a way to ensure large groups like that aren't scheduled at the same time or have a separate space for their enjoyment, that would be ideal.
