• From the moment I entered, I felt welcomed. The receptionist was kind and didn't make me feel bad for not having an appointment. She was transparent with pricing and timing. She offered me tea, and rooibos was an option, which is one of my favorites and never a standard option, so that was a very pleasant surprise. The tea came in a beautiful ceramic cup instead of a tiny paper one. Everything in the salon was beautiful. I felt relaxed without feeling sleepy. The pedicure section was hidden in a nook, which made it feel less like feet were on display. My technician was very kind and easy to talk to. I'm very satisfied with my nails. She didn't nail shame me. She didn't cut me while doing my nails. She didn't rush anything. There were some very minor edges that aren't perfectly polished, but it's not notable unless you stare very long at the nails. And it all took less than an hour. I was only going in for a maintenance, and I felt like I had given myself a luxurious treat. They even had little felt baskets for my purse so I didn't have to put it directly on the ground. A lot of thought and care went into every aspect of the experience, and it showed.
