• Iris..your technician ACTUALLY is properly trained..she understands why u do things a certain way.. Your other technicians I have to explain what to do.. Ex. Rose mani pedi.. After almost all is dine u need fresh hot water brought to rinse the hands or legs/feet..not the dirty water 2)when filing u check if nails r rough when done & u don't over file the corners so they break 48hrs later 3)she knows HOW TO CUT CUTICLES!!!! not pull & cut Wish u had TRAINED REFLEXOLOGIST..that would b fabulous
