• Prohibiting phone calls, and asking customers to step outside is disruptive to appointment schedule (and the "rule" isn't adhered to by every customer, and is arbitrarily enforced, I noted while there.) Please reconsider, and simply ask that customers be mindful of others, and ask them to keep the VOLUME of their calls to a minimum, and no speakerphone conversations; use of headphones only, etc.
