I loved the space- it's really convenient to get to, felt clean and fresh, and wasn't intimidating. Chelsea led a great class that was gentle but challenging enough to push me to try a bit harder, but gave me space to take a pause when I needed to. I'll definitely be back!
Beautiful space, thoughtful and informed teachers, variety of class options, etc. I felt immediately welcomed in very much respect their vision and the depth of knowledge and authenticity held by the owner I experienced during her Dharma talk and meditation.
I enjoyed the intimate atmosphere and the attention that my instructor Emma gave me. I've never had a yoga instructor help me with my posture.
