• I've been having a lot of headaches and I wanted to give Cranial Sacral Therapy a try. My session was with Jon, and as he worked I could feel the tension melting away. I could feel my low back relaxing even though he was only working on my head and neck! I would highly recommend adding Cranial Sacral Therapy with Jon to your self-care rotation.
