I did have a great experience the staff was super friendly and professional, the massage was amazing!!!! the only that was really frustrating was when I scheduled my appointment I had explained to the girl scheduling me I had $200 to spend that my boss had put on my account so asked for recommendations on what I could get for that price really wanted a massage and possibly a facial. She said I could get a 1 hour massage and 1 hour facial would come to around 170-180 and I could use the rest of the money to go towards a tip which was great but when I got there got checked in and into the room and the massage therapist said wow your here for a spa day explained how things would go that I would be with him for my massage for 2 hours and then I would go to someone else for my facial and I said 2 hours and he said we have scheduled to be here for 3 hours 2 with me and 1 for the facial so I was like ok maybe I misunderstood the girl when she scheduled me then when it was time to check out the total came to $264 then of course I left a tip I think total was $294 so $94 of which I did not have to spend on this right now so I was not very happy and due the schedule being longer than I had expected I had to rush out of there so I didn't even have time to try and talk to someone about the miscommunication issue. Just frustrating because this was suppose to be a complete treat from my work a relaxing day on them and then surprise I had to pay almost $100 that I was not expecting..
