Customer Reviews Back to Business Profile

  • Everyone was nice--I believe it was Ally? who did the procedure--and she was knowledgeable and professional. What I didn't like was what felt like "forced tipping" when I went to pay the bill-the screen automatically went to a 15% or more tip page. I don't tip my surgeon after an operation, cardiologist after an echocardiogram, or lab tech after a blood draw. Europe is right. Tipping in America has gotten to extortion levels as everyone is now expecting tips for nearly everything. It's not right-and customers should not be forced to add (in this case) at least $20-25 dollars to an already substantial amount for a 10 minute procedure. Again, everyone at Summit was was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable--but the final experience--paying--was not good.🌷

  • I just love soo many things summit spa... especially the great people that work there... and I always feel better after an appointment there.
  • I got in an ATV accident a few days before my appointment. Summit was able to get me in quickly, and I was amazed with the results of my lymphatic drainage massage. It greatly reduce the swelling in my face. I was not expecting it, but it also greatly improved the ability in my neck, which was really stiff and sore before I went in. I would highly recommend lymphatic drainage massage to anyone, post injury, and post surgery!
