• I discovered Summer Healing when I moved to Brunswick and went almost daily. I then moved to Yarraville and joined Virgin Active and was thrilled when I discovered Mickey taught there as I find his energy so calming and uplifting at the same time. During lockdown I tried to establish an at home yoga practice and failed...I need live classes to hold me accountable so I just joined the live stream classes. So happy. I am still a member of the Brunswick Good Karma Network on Facebook and any time there is a post from someobe seeking recommendations for a yoga studio I always recommend SHY. Namaste, Jane.

• The excellent instructors, the wide range of offerings including kundalini yoga, sound healing or reiki for yin yoga , breath work ect, the rooms are beautifully decorated and soothing

• I love the teachers- especially Ashley, Mickey and Aimee. Classes are always different, engaging and well run. Sometimes there are tech issues which is a bit of a bummer, but I understand that's out of your control. I really love your studio, I'm enjoying and appreciate the online classes very much. The whole team is doing really well. Can't wait to be back in studio soon 💕😘
