• The teacher; her knowledge, skill and kindness, the space; it's such a relaxing (amazing smelling) haven that that allows for the outside world to be she'd at the door, the community; the other lovely teachers and students. It was my first class back and I felt so welcomed, held, and cared for, and it was everything I needed (but hadn't realised I needed). Thank you. I can't wait to come back this afternoon.xxx
