• With the nature of the class being a little overwhelming at first the instructor did wonders making everyone comfortable and be less self conscious.. The class itself was great and I'm so happy to find a yoga clinic that as to liberate the spirit ,dismantle the ego and set a path to enlightenment rather then be trendy . Thank you for being
