I have been missing my yoga practice as I have not gotten into a regular routine since the pandemic. My yoga teacher is no longer holding classes so I had to take a break. I am particular about the studios that I choose as I like them to be more of a mindful experience, I am so happy to have found Sukha Yoga. It is perfect for what I'm looking for. Thank you so much I really enjoyed Loren's class last night the align and flow.
I tell my friends/ acquaintances about sukha all the time. Everyone there has been very kind and welcoming. The space itself is intimate, calm, and therapeutic. My typical instructor, Linda Prosche, creates an entertaining and easy going environment. Whilst giving us the gift of her knowledge, experience, and innate curiosity. Love it here <3
Staff is welcoming and very helpful. Instructor was skilled and welcoming. The studio is lovely, clean and there is hot tea!
