I had to take a break from yoga and returning Saturday, showed me how much I missed it. Warm and friendly Studio. The perfect class to come back to with an excellent teacher.
In my estimation, Sukha Yoga is the standard by which studios are judged.

Everyone is beyond my expectations, I have taken several classes and all of the teachers have been gentle, knowledgeable, approachable and kind. Bethany has a lovely studio and other classes to grow and celebrate.
