Relaxing, beautiful environment. Cara was an awesome, knowledgeable, helpful instructor. I was new to aerial yoga and invited a friend to come with. We both had a fun, informative and amazing workout and were able to follow Cara's instruction easily with her support - and left feeling relaxed yet invigorated by the new experience!!! Looking forward to more aerial yoga and my continued frequent attendance to daily/weekly scheduled yoga classes!
