I really like coming to Sukha. I love the restorative classes as well as flow yinyasa. I will add one comment. When the 6:45 class gets out, they hang around chatting and are sometimes pretty loud. I arrive for the 7 pm class, and last time they were so loudly laughing past 7 pm that I got up (from the class I was trying to settle in to) and told them to keep it down. Not only that, the parking was so bad I had to park up on Olive. All I could think of was that if those folks had left, there would have been more parking for the 7 pm people. Hate to stop people from communing after a good class, but they seemed so unaware of how it impacts others. Would you consider letting the teachers know (the teacher was in the circle)
Studio is very relaxing and nice. Teachers are excellent and very welcoming to all. Love the location and friendly people you meet in class.
What a great class! I never regret spending the time at the studio. I find yoga to be especially grounding during transition times and seasons. Thank you, Sukha!
