The class was very insightful. I enjoyed the teacher greatly. She helped me find the postures in a deeper way.

Bethany promptly contacted me and helped me through the registration process. She was friendly and inviting. I told Laura, the class instructor, that it was my first class at Sukha Yoga and she immediately welcomed me, showed me how to check in, and explained what I need for her class. I enjoyed my first class very much and felt very comfortable there as the other people in the class were polite and friendly.
