From the moment that I first enter the doors to the studio I feel grounded and well cared for both by the persons at the studio but by myself for making it into the studio for classes. The instructors are incredible. They are so supportive to where each of their students are physically and emotionally. The hands on assists allows the instructors to give more individual care to each of the students present. The energy is calm and supportive. Can not say enough about my year long experiences at the Suhka Yoga Studio, just the best. Thank you
