Beautiful space, stellar instructors, peaceful ambiance, no ego present-very comfortable to be my self in my practice and not push too hard. New years class was amazing and the restorative class was incredible. New years class was perfectly introspective and restorative class was nurturing and sensitive. Can't wait to come back!
