Sukha Yoga provides a magical space, not to mention the teachers, who assist in the nourishing and development of my mind body and spirit. I always leave the studio with a smile!
After a 10 year break from yoga, I found a welcoming but serious studio with friendly traditional teachers who have helped an older me remember to embrace that journey from pose to pose. I highly recommend Sukha Yoga to all.
