• Easy to book, get into.. get out appt without wait. ..the only thing that would've been better is if there was an option to do nose hair. At my previous wax place they used a long Q-tip with wax, and that pulled out the nose hair very nicely.

• 10/10 recommendation: Suagrmoon was very clean, and smelled wonderful when walking in. I was greeted with a smile and a hello and led straight back to a room. I was given clear instructions as this was my first time. Once waxer entered the room again I was greeted and welcomed. She took her time explaining, answering questions and making sure I was comfortable. She talked with me through the whole process making sure I was ok. As a first timer, pain is a 8/10 at most in the more sensitive areas to me. I enjoyed the experience and will be coming back. Thank you
