• When I came I was VERY nervous ! I had never done any kind of waxing before. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a very friendly lady working the front desk who reassured me that everyone feels nervous and there was nothing to worry about.She also told me that with it being the first time it was probably going to hurt pretty bad but that it gets easier. I appreciated that she was honest and kind about it. During the waxing the lady who did my wax was very professional. She did not make me feel awkward or uncomfortable. She talked me through everything and helped me to know and understand how exactly what I wanted and what I was comfortable with. She never made me feel uncomfortable about my body which I was worried about because I'm kind of chunky. The whole experience was great besides the pain! I would definitely recommend people to Sugarmoon Studios.

• I had a great experience! Autumn and April were attentive and friendly and displayed wonderful customer service skills. I'm very modest when it comes to showing off my lady parts 🙃but I felt comepletly comfortable in a somewhat uncomfortable situation. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the studio. I will definitely back. Thank you!
