• Cleanliness, atmosphere, professionalism, and the employees were so welcoming and down to earth and made you feel right at home immediately. In addition, on a more personal level from my appointment, April was awesome and made what could have been an extremely uncomfortable and awkward visit for my first Brazilian so much better - especially as a larger woman feeling a little self-conscious considering the nature of the appointment! She was professional, informative, and talked me through what to expect and when, gave thorough tips for aftercare, kept me distracted with great conversation, and she was very kind.
