• Cricel is always the best. Elaine is a pleasure to meet, the Danforth location is always clean and calm upon arrival (not that I've been to your other locations, which I'm sure are equally fantastic), and my services are completed carefully but in a timely manner. I've been coming for some time and even when I can't get - the ever amazing - Cricel, I'm never disappointed with my service or my treatment. Thanks for being reliable and comfortable, even as I come to have my hair ripped out. 😊

• I was refered to come here thrpugh a friend. The service is amazing. I was on a time limit and there was a miss understanding that made me almost leave. • Amazing service! I've been coming here since I was 17 and I love it! The staff are very welcoming and easy going, it's a professional environment so you don't have to worry what feeling awkward about hair removal, they talk to you through the entire processing as if you were having a conversation with a friend.
