When I walked to the shop via the stairs, I noticed that they had their own brand products. I got a few skin care items, including hand cream, skin relief, eye cream, and body scrub, all of which are organic.

However, I encountered a slight inconvenience as they did not display all of the prices, which meant that I had to keep asking for clarification. They are very friendly. I hope that it did not cause any annoyance to the staff.

Anyway, I am looking forward to trying out the products. Also, they offer services such as body sugaring and skin care treatment. If I lived closer, I would definitely be delighted to try them out.

Staff is rude and aggressive towards customers. Dealt with a poorly trained technician and asked to have a note put on my customer account not to be booked with her again and was screamed at full volume by the manager about how they train all staff the same (untrue because I had to stop the session partway through because the technique she was using was so painful) I've been getting this service for 5+ years.

Luckily I found a better salon nearby Lovely Sugaring. Can actually recommend them for anyone who wants to support a non abusive company.

I have been a loyal and faithful client to Sugar Moon for several years now. I visit the Bloor West Village location exclusively.

I love Alison J.'s "OCD," as she calls it, I get an absolutely IMMACULATE sugaring because of it! She is such a perfectionist and takes such wonderful pride in her work! She is definitely one of the reasons I keep coming back, and remain such a loyal client to Sugar Moon.

Cailey W. is also one of the girls I regularly book with and her sugaring is exceptional. Sugaring with her is not just an experience, it's an EVENT! She is very friendly and funny, and I have to say, my life changed the day I met Cailey W.!

Andrea M. that works the desk, adds to my overall experience each time I come in for my sugaring appointments. She is kind and sweet, and always makes sure that I am comfortable and have whatever I need. Moreover, she sincerely cares about the clients, which is rare and exceptional to find these days.

The store is beautiful, very welcoming. Always very tidy, neat and clean; fresh looking.

I recommend Sugar Moon to everyone I know!

Very unhappy with sugaring of lip and chin. And eyebrow service. Dyed middle of eyebrow way too dark. Looked like Groucho marks. Had to ask her to do both ends of both eyes. Asked for medium brown but it is very dark brown. Didn't clean up stray hairs. Had to ask her to trim. When she finished sugaring lip and chin she gave me a mirror. I said I couldn't see without my glasses. She told me to feel for any stray hairs. But I have very fine blond hair so can't feel it. I think she may need glasses as when I got home I had to reward my chin and pluck a bunch of stray hairs. It is 8!days today and I feel as if I need to get waxed again. Would never go back and would not recommend.

sugarmoon is my biggest one night stand regret. I went there to get my eyebrows done and tinted and it was the worst job I have ever received. the colour was off and the shape was awful. I literally went to the washroom to wash it off before the semi permanent colour sinked in. Also no matter how many times I unsubscribe to their emails I'm still receiving them. Please fix your unsubscribe button.

I always recommend Sugarmoon because sugaring is better for your skin and the environment. I love Anne but all the staff are thorough and professional. I have been going to a couple of locations for years.

My first experience at Sugar Moon was great with the small exception that I had no idea where it was and when I phoned for directions no one answered the phone.

That being said the services were EXCELLENT and I will be back

This place is such a great find! Love it! The staff are super friendly and very helpful. Had a facial with Ashley and Allison did my brows. Both experiences were awesome! Love the products that they use and after trying sugaring- I don't think can go back to regular waxing now! Looking forward to trying their St. Tropez spray tan :)

Allison is great! Very chatty,great conversation the entire appointment. Does an excellent job at distracting from the mistake that is waxing lol. Would definitely go back.

The staff at Sugarmoon are super friendly and welcoming. I am a sugar newbie and Hannah was absolutely amazing and patient. She explained the product used and the service as she effortlessly cleaned me up. This not only set my nerves and mind at ease but it was a welcomed distraction. Once she was done Hannah explained the after care and made recommendations that were greatly appreciated. I must say though that sugaring is not as bad as I thought. I am sure it was because she was just that good! I will certainly be back! Thanks Hannah and Sugarmoon!!
