Natalie and Jane are welcoming, inclusive, and caring. Natalie's demeanor and obvious skill put me at ease and minimized the pain. I associate bikini-area hair removal with a feeling of self consciousness and embarrassment that Natalie was also gracefully able to mitigate. I had much less discomfort and redness afterwards than I have anywhere else. Cute doggos are an obvious plus as well! Would recommend with abandon and will certainly return! -- NC
