Natalie is just lovely and empathetic and the space is always so pleasant to be in. Even having an off day, personally, I left feeling really grateful that Natalie and Sugaring Brooklyn exist--couldn't imagine going back to a waxing salon or the like that doesn't have such a mindful and inclusive (and less painful) approach to hair removal.

I felt extremely comfortable in the studio space and during waxing. The technician (Natalie) took my needs and feelings into account and made the experience a positive, healing, and proactive session. Both Natalie and Jane were extremely friendly and welcoming. I will be returning.
