As a customer Natalie just makes me feel so comfortable, relaxed and at ease. She talks me through out the process and let's you know especially in the more sensitive area when she is about to pull hair. She is genuine, cares and is mindful about her clients, their feelings and their comfort. Most importantly she doesn't rush the process and is not in a hurry to finish. Oh and I can't forget about the aftercare, the gentleness, care and thought process she gives is amazing. It's evident that she loves the work that she does and treats her clients the way she wants to be treated if she was a client and that's what makes her even more wonderful.
