Natalie is super nice. She made me feel so comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation. The sugaring process was way less painful than the waxing process. Natalie also knew how to work with my large body and she didn’t make me feel bad for being larger and hairy than most. I can’t stop raving about the experience.
